Janelle by Patty Hoffman

Janelle by Patty Hoffman is a story of a woman’s love for an alcoholic husband. It deals with undeserved love and forgiveness and the trials of coping with abuse and unfaithfulness. The book emphasizes the AA principle of accepting the things one cannot change, finding the courage to change the things one can change, and having the wisdom to know the difference. I loved the book and completed the reading in one sitting.
